Le Superphone: Hello US

Billionaire Jia Yueting founder and CEO of Chinese online streaming site Leshi TV (LeTV) and who gain attention by comparing Apple to the Nazis for all the right reason will be bringing his smartphone "Le Superphone" to the American consumers. At a media event on Monday afternoon in San Francisco, the company said that they will be launching in the US and will be introducing their new smartphone to the US.

LeTV is one of the biggest online streaming site in China boasting 400 million monthly users. They have a market capitalization of around $12 billion on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. LeTV’s core streaming business has built up a library of more than 100,000 TV series and 5,000 movies.

The company will have their US headquarters in Redwood City and will be having another office in Los Angeles. 

The Le Superphone’s custom Android operating software is designed to stream LeTV’s video content. It is built for the ultimate viewing experience of the user. So, it will definitely have more dynamic color range than any other premium smartphone in the market. The phone is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 processor. It also has a 21-megapixel main camera at the back. It will have two variants 5.5-inches and a massive 6.3-inches.
