NVIDIA Shield tablet Features and Specs
NVIDIA Shield is a fancy gaming tablet that is LTE enabled. Since this tablet is for gaming it has a powerful CPU quad-core (Tegra K1) Cortex A15r3 processor which is clocked at 2.2 GHz with a reliable GPU Kepler 1 SMX. The RAM for the Shield is 2GB and your choice of 16 GB or 32 GB internal storage capacity. You can expand the storage by up to 128 GB using a microSD.
The display size of Shield is 8 inchess IPS LCD display which is very good for playing games and watching movie. The screen resolution is 1,920 x 1,200 pixels.
The casing is high grain polycarbonate matte finish. However, this tablet is quite heavy at 390 grams and bulky at 9.2 mm thick, which can give you stiff hands. It also has 5 megapixel primary camera and 5 megapixel secondary camera. It is powered by 5197 mAh battery. It runs on Android KitKat version 4.4.
