What's happening to Facebook? They had an outage for the second time last Friday August 1, 2014. Facebook said that they had a technical problems on their social media network Relevant Products/Services which caused the service interruptions that affected more than 1.3 billion Facebook users. Facebook suffered similar outage last June 19, this year which downed their site for 20 minutes.
Facebook users were not happy about it they used Twitter to express their dissatisfaction using the hashtag #facebookdown. They can play Candy Crush or keep up with their online friends.
Some Los Angeles residents was so mad at the outage that they call 911 just to report the outage. Sgt. Burton Brink, public information officer of the Los Angeles County Sheriff office, Tweeted berating the people who called 911 just report about the Facebook outage.
"Facebook is not a Law Enforcement issue, please don't call us about it being down, we don't know when FB will be back up!"
