Asus has released the Zenbook UX305 which is the thinnest 13.3-inch ultrabook in the market at 0.48 inches and weighs only 2.6 pounds. It's not just light to carry it is also light for the pocket at just $699. The 13-inch Apple MacBook Air weighs 2.96 pounds.
Asus combined sleek design, powerful specs, and functionality for this ultrabook. The device is powered by an Intel dual-core M-Y510 processor. You can choose 128GB or 256GB SSD (Solid-state Drive), the 128GB SSD base model does not come with a touchscreen. It has 8 GB of LPDDR3-1600 memory.
It has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. It is equip with HD webcam 720p resolution and a micro HDMI port. It has In-Plane Switching and full 1080p HD display. It has plenty of USB 3.0 ports at 3, one port is designated for charging. It has an SD card reader and an audio output port and fitted with ASUS SonicMaster audio system.
It comes in with a 45Wh battery that can last for up to 10 hours on a single battery charge. It has a pre-installed copy of Windows 8.1.
